This secondary analysis aimed to identify the level of integrated lipid goal attainment and its associated factors among middle-aged women using data from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) 2023–2024. The study included 2,617 women aged 40–64 years. Integrated lipid goal attainment was defined as achieving all three lipid targets: low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, and complex sample logistic regression analyses. The rate of integrated lipid goal attainment was 46.4%. Age, body mass index (BMI), dyslipidemia medication status, and aerobic physical activity were significantly associated with integrated lipid goal attainment. Women aged 40–49 years, those with normal BMI, those adherent to dyslipidemia medication, and those engaging in aerobic physical activity were more likely to achieve integrated lipid goal attainment. Integrated lipid goal attainment among middle-aged women was suboptimal. Tailored nursing interventions focusing on weight management, physical activity promotion, and medication management may contribute to improving integrated lipid goal attainment and cardiovascular health among middle-aged women.
