초록
This study aims to explore the profiles of psychological and physical recovery among Korean employees. Specifically, it investigates the distinct profiles of job stress recovery processes among Korean employees and examines the differences in job-related outcome variables, including workaholism, job crafting, job satisfaction, and job burnout, across these profiles. Data were collected from 497 Korean employees, and latent profile analysis was conducted, incorporating job demands, stress recovery, exercise duration, and sleep duration. The analysis identified five distinct profiles: ‘Intermediate’, ‘Fatigue’, ‘Restful’, ‘Athletic’, and ‘Hard-Athletic’. To examine differences in job-related outcome variables across profiles, the BCH method was performed. The results indicated that the‘fatigue’exhibited significantly higher levels of job burnout compared to other types, while scoring significantly lower in job satisfaction and job crafting. Conversely, both the ‘Athletic’ and the ‘Hard-Athletic’ demonstrated lower levels of job burnout and higher levels of job satisfaction and job crafting. This study highlights the importance of considering both psychological and physical factors, such as exercise and sleep, when exploring or evaluating the job stress recovery process of working adults.
