지역민 대상 실감형 기술·생성형 AI 프로그램의 만족도 차이와 영향요인 분석: 지역혁신을 위한 대학의 역할

초록

Purpose This study aimed to analyze differences in satisfaction with immersive technology and generative AI programs for local residents operated by universities in the context of regional innovation according to participant characteristics and program types, and to identify the influencing factors of program satisfaction on perceived outcomes, including overall satisfaction, usefulness, and future participation intention. Methods Through the survey, satisfaction with each program, overall satisfaction, perceived usefulness, and intention to participate in future programs were measured on a five-point Likert scale, and descriptive statistics, group difference analyses, and multiple regression analyses were conducted using SPSS 27. Results Differences in satisfaction with some programs were found according to affiliation, age, level of interest, and prior participation. Satisfaction with Oculus and ChatGPT significantly increased overall satisfaction, while satisfaction with Oculus and the metaverse significantly increased intention to participate in future programs; satisfaction with Vive showed a suppressor effect when considered together with the other programs. Conclusion The university is expected to fulfill its role as a lifelong learning platform that supports regional innovation by operating immersive technology and generative AI programs for local residents centered on core content, and by strengthening their digital competencies through tailored implementation and educational linkages that reflect participant characteristics.
