농업기술센터 농업교육이 농경생활에 미치는 영향:: 기업가정신의 조절효과를 중심으로

Agriculture serves as a fundamental pillar of the rural economy and agrarian life; thus, strengthening the competencies of farmers is essential for regional development. Against this backdrop, this study aims to analyze the impact of educational programs provided by Agricultural Technology Centers—dedicated institutions for farmer education—on agricultural performance and life satisfaction. Furthermore, it explores the moderating effect of farmers’ entrepreneurial spirit on these relationships. To this end, a survey was conducted with 151 participants who had completed educational programs at an Agricultural Technology Center in region A. The data were analyzed using factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that agricultural education has a positive effect on agricultural performance. In turn, agricultural performance significantly enhances job satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, and personal satisfaction. In other words, agricultural education ultimately contributes positively to both agricultural performance and satisfaction with agrarian life. Additionally, among the components of entrepreneurship, innovative proactiveness positively moderated the relationship between agricultural performance and both environmental and personal satisfaction, while risk-taking positively moderated the relationship between agricultural performance and environmental satisfaction. These findings suggest that agricultural education programs at Agricultural Technology Centers have a meaningful impact on agrarian life, and that entrepreneurial spirit plays a critical role in linking education and life satisfaction. This study offers practical implications for improving rural farmers’ residential satisfaction and enhancing the operational strategies of Agricultural Technology Centers.
