Andersen 모델을 이용한 한국 독거노인의 미충족 치과의료에 미치는 관련요인: 2023년 지역사회건강조사를 이용하여

초록

This study aims to analyze the relevant factors of unknown dental care that affects oral health among the important health indicators of the elderly living alone, the social vulnerable class of the Republic of Korea. In particular, it was used to systematically identify the background and the cause of the fact that the elderly living alone needed dental care by using the Andersen's social scholarly model as theoretical framework. The analysis utilized the latest community health survey in 2023. The R program was used as a statistical analysis tool, and the Logistics regression analysis explored the relevant factors on the dental care of the elderly living alone. The results showed that there was a significant difference depending on the factors such as gender, economic level, mental health recognition, and stress level. Specifically, the elderly living alone were more likely to experience dental care than women, and the lower the monthly income to less than 1 million won, the higher the depression, the smoking, the subjective health was worse or normal, and the experience of stress in everyday life was high. These results indicate that even in the group of elderly people living alone, there is a significant difference in dental medical access due to various social factors such as gender, income, and mental health. Therefore, this study emphasizes the need for dental care and welfare policies to promote oral health of the elderly living alone, and ultimately it can be used as a basis for improving the equity and accessibility of the use of dental medical services.
