A Study on the Design and Performance Evaluation of Gear Teeth of an Automatic Tapping Device Drive Module for

초록

This study aims to derive the optimal design and precision manufacturing process guidelines to maximize the system performance of helical gears, which are the core drive components of automatic tapping devices installed in progressive molds. To ensure the strength and wear resistance required for high-speed, 。 high-precision drive conditions, researchers systematically analyzed the material mechanical properties and gear geometrical shape factors. Specifically data the entire process, including hobbing and shaving as primary machining steps, heat treatment induced defomation, high precision honing, and surface coating, were evaluated to confirm changes in the precision of the tooth profile. Ultimately, by verifying tooth profile values based on actual processing data, we propose an optimal design and manufacturing process that can quantitatively ensure the durability and operational reliability of the drive unit. This is expected to contribute to the domestic production of high-value-added mold parts and establishment of quality-standardized gears.
