간호학과 학부 교육과정의 임상 간호술 분석과 실습교육 방향 제고에 관한 연구

초록

This study analyzed the practicum courses of nursing departments, classifying 159 clinical nursing skills and selecting 40 of them through content validity verification conducted three times. These clinical nursing skills were divided into 9 basic nursing skills, 21 core nursing skills, and 10 advanced nursing skills. Based on this analysis, the following suggestions are made for the future direction of practical nursing education: first, in response to the evolving healthcare environment and the needs of the nursing field, select clinical nursing skills to be taught in nursing departments and teach them progressively according to their complexity and difficulty; second, integrate clinical nursing skills into competency-based curricula and utilize various educational media such as simulation and VR/AR for instruction; third, promote practical education among healthcare professionals; and fourth, recommend that schools and hospitals provide education and support for practical nursing instructors and nursing student clinical nurse educators
