CPTED 기반 GIS를 활용한 범죄 위험 분석 및안전 시설물 위치 선정

초록

Jinju City has been ranked at the bottom of the crime index in Gyeongsangnam-do for three consecutive years, and students and local residents are increasingly worried about crime, especially in the university district. The purpose of this study is to analyze crime risk areas around a one-room village in Jinju City's university district and select the optimal location of safety facilities to prevent crime. GIS-based spatial data analysis was used to identify the risk areas, and factor balancing method was used to calculate the weights of the main factors affecting crime. The HDBSCAN clustering technique was then applied to remove outliers, and the optimal locations for CCTV, planters, and shadow lighting were selected. The results of this study not only contribute to crime prevention and enhancing the safety of local residents, but also provide an efficient method that can be applied to the placement of safety facilities in other areas.
