개방형 BIM 기반 범죄예방 건축기준 검토 자동화를 위한 IDS 작성 -범죄예방 건축기준 제10조를 중심으로-

초록

This study aims to develop an Information Delivery Specification (IDS) file to support the implementation of an automated compliance checking system based on open BIM for Article 10 of the Crime Prevention Building Code Standards, which applies to apartment complexes with 100 or more households. To achieve this, the requirements of each clause in Article 10 were analyzed and mapped to corresponding IFC entities and property sets. For attributes not included in the standard IFC schema, alternative definitions were established using the buildingSMART Data Dictionary (bSDD) or custom property sets. The final IDS file includes data types, value constraints, and other specifications required for each property. The results of this study demonstrate that the requirements of the Crime Prevention Building Standards—particularly those interpretable as property-based information—can be digitalized. This provides a technical foundation for automating CPTED standards within BIM-based design and administrative processes.
