초록

Cartilaginous choristoma of the exteranl auditory canal is very rare, and easily misdiagnosed as chondroma. Cartilaginous choristoma appears to be a simple mass of the external auditory canal, but unlike chondroma, it is a tumor consisting of normal chondrocytes without tumor characteristics. The treatment of cartilaginous choristoma can be surgical resection. We report a case of cartilaginous choristoma of external auditory canal removed via transcanal endoscopic ear surgery.
