조직의 안전문화와 안전의식이 직무만족, 직무스트레스 및 안전행동에 미치는 영향

초록

This study aimed to verify relationships among organizational members’ safety culture, safety consciousness, job satisfaction, job stress, and safety behavior through structural equation modeling analysis. To this end, a survey was conducted among 204 employees of the Korea Post. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 for factor analysis, reliability, and validity tests, and AMOS 26.0 for structural equation modeling. The research findings are as follows. First, safety culture had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, safety culture did not have a negative effect on job stress. Third, safety consciousness had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Fourth, safety consciousness did not have a negative effect on job stress. Fifth, job satisfaction had a negative effect on job stress. Sixth, job satisfaction had a positive effect on safety behavior. Seventh, job stress did not have a negative effect on safety behavior. The results confirm the practical significance of organizational safety culture and individual safety consciousness, highlighting their importance for influencing job satisfaction and job stress—key determinants of safety behavior in the workplace.This study aimed to verify the relationships between organizational members’ safety culture and safety consciousness and employees’ organizational satisfaction, job stress, and safety behavior through structural equation modeling analysis.
