In this study, we report arterial spin labelling perfusion, proton MR spectroscopy and susceptibility-weighted MR findings of acute necrotizing encephalopathy in a child with rotavirus infection. © 2019 Korean Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (KSMRM).
