중학교 지역 교육을 위한 지역화 교재 개발방향 모색 - 초등 사회과 지역화 교재 관련 쟁점 분석을 중심으로 -

초록

This study aims to propose directions for the development of regional textbooks for regional education in middle schools, given the increasing importance of regional curriculum due to the decentralization of the national curriculum. To achieve this, this study examines the development of regional curriculum, focusing on elementary social studies and organized the main issues into four issues: scale of region issue, principles of regional learning issue, content elements issue, and composition systems issue. Based on these findings, this study suggests several directions for regional education in middle schools: expansion of the scale of region, organic linkage between regionalizatoin of content and methodological regionalization, creative compositon of textbook contents, establishment as an independent subject, supportiong system for teachers, and establishment of organic cooperative network with relevant institutions.
