Different types of electrical wires are used in automobiles; home appliances; and aviation and industrial parts. A single wire module is produced by manually assembling these electrical wires. This manual method of wiremodule production involves considerable time. It can also have a high taping defect rate depending on theskill level of the worker attending to it. A taping device that tapes an electrical wire using a rotational forcecan be used to overcome the problems encountered during the manual taping of wires. In this study, wewould like to simulate the stress analysis that the screw tightening torque value exerts on the fastening partof the main body corresponding to the case of the main power transmission device in the taping device, andto verify it for mass production.
