초록

A 6-year-old French Bulldog presented with a melting corneal ulcer and impending perforation in the right eye. A descemetocele was identified 5 days after the initial presentation, and corneoconjunctival transposition (CCT) was performed to provide structural support and maintain corneal transparency. Stable graft incorporation and improved clarity were noted until day 56. Keratoconjunctivitis sicca (KCS) and focal pigmentation developed for 4 months postoperatively and were subsequently managed with topical 0.2% cyclosporine. This case illustrates that CCT can be a useful surgical option for canine descemetoceles, with a 4-month follow-up period.
