초록

This study aims to explore complex ethical issues in AI music, and to formulate directional recommendations for advancing school music education. This study used the authenticity of music aesthetics, algorithms, and data ethics as a theoretical basis. As a result of the analysis, AI music has following core ethical issues. First, there are problems of authenticity and copyright of AI products in terms of creative ethics. Second, in terms of consumption ethics, AI algorithms may infringe on data privacy and damage cultural diversity. Third, concerns are raised that even the artistic value of music may be reduced to a functional tool. In response to this challenging situation, this study emphasizes that core competencies such as digital literacy emphasized by Korea's 2022 Revised Curriculum are related to AI ethics education goals. In the end, this study suggests that school music education sets the core goal of cultivating AI music ethical literacy, and that students may become ethical guides as future troops through ethical creative activities using AI tools and integrated classes based on critical discussion. © 2026 Korean Music Education Society.
