초록

A comparative analysis of fungal diversity and occurrence patterns was conducted using a combination of field surveys and metagenomic analysis in a montane deciduous broad-leaved forest within the Jirisan National Park, South Korea. In a survey plot within a montane deciduous broad-leaved forest in the Jirisan National Park, a fungal diversity field survey collected 74 specimens. Among them, Stereum subtomentosum was identified as the dominant species, whereas Cyptotrama asprata was a subdominant species. In contrast, metagenomic analysis of the same survey plot revealed that three basidiomycete species, including those be- longing to the genus Russula, were dominant.
