AHP 기반 지하주차장 스프링클러 금속 배관 부식 대응 전략의 우선순위 평가

초록
Underground parking facilities are prone to metal pipe corrosion owing to their high humidity and enclosed conditions, which can reduce the reliability of fire protection systems. This study identified key strategies to address corrosion in sprinkler piping and applied the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate their priorities. Five main strategy categories and 15 subfactors were assessed through expert consultation and a survey of 35 fire safety professionals. The analysis revealed a high consistency ratio (CR) of 0.007. The top-priority strategy was “corrosion prevention and early response,” emphasizing the importance of preventive technologies and rapid response systems. Among the sub-factors, “application of preventive technologies” ranked highest, confirming its effectiveness in enhancing system reliability and maintenance efficiency. The results of this study suggest that the priority implementation of corrosion prevention measures and establishment of a rapid response system are essential to ensure the long-term performance and safety of sprinkler-based fire response systems.
