초록
"This study examined the effects of hotel sustainable management practices that customers can directly experience during their stay. Five sustainable management factors were investigated: the use of eco-friendly food ingredients, nature-friendly interior design, reducing the use of disposable products, providing reusable amenities, and recycling resources. The study analyzed the relationships between these factors, familiarity, revisit intention, and recommendation intention. The results showed that the use of eco-friendly food ingredients, reducing the use of disposable products, and recycling resources had significant positive effects on familiarity. Familiarity also had significant positive effects on both revisit intention and recommendation intention. In addition, familiarity mediated the relationships between the use of eco-friendly food ingredients and resource recycling and both revisit intention and recommendation intention. This study classified hotel sustainable management practices into five customer-experience factors and provides a theoretical basis for future research focusing on environmental sustainability in the hotel industry. Based on the findings, practical suggestions are also provided to help hotels improve their sustainable management strategies and achieve long-term growth."
