대학생의 장래문제 스트레스가 불안을 매개로 스마트폰 과의존에 미치는 영향: 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과

초록

This study conducted a moderated mediating effect analysis to verify whether social support controls the effect of future problem stress on smartphone overdependence through anxiety in college students. A total survey was conducted on students in one university in M area(451 questionnaires), SPSS 25.0 and SPSS Macro were used for data analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, the partial mediation model was supported as it was found that future problem stress not only directly affects smartphone overdependence, but also indirectly affects anxiety. Second, the moderating effect of social support was verified as the effect of anxiety on overdependence on smartphones differed depending on the level of social support. Third, the moderated mediating effect of future problem stress on smartphone overdependence through anxiety was verified by showing that the higher the level of social support, the greater the effect. The moderated mediating effect of social support has been verified. Based on these analysis results, multidimensional support measures were discussed to prevent and intervene in college students' overdependence on smartphones.
