심뇌혈관질환자의 주관적 건강상태가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 - 경제활동 여부의 조절 효과 탐색 -

This study examined the impact of subjective health status on quality of life in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease patients and verified the moderating effect of economic activity on this relationship to provide evidence for developing tailored intervention strategies. A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted using secondary analysis of 2022 Korea Health Panel data. The sample included 858 participants with self-reported cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease diagnoses. Health-related quality of life was measured using the EQ-5D(EuroQol-5Dimensions). Data analysis was performed using R software with t-tests, Spearman correlation analysis, and Tobit regression. Participants' mean age was 76.0±9.0 years, with a mean quality of life score of 87.1±14.1. In the final model, each year increase in age decreased quality of life by 0.43 points(p<.001), disability decreased it by 6.50 points(p<.001). Each additional chronic disease decreased it by 1.23 points(p=.023). Conversely, economic activity increased scores by 5.05 points(p<.001) and regular exercise by 4.91 points(p<.001). Each point increase in subjective health status increased quality of life by 10.37 points(p<.001). When stratified by economic activity, the non-economically active group showed a 10.53 point increase(p<.001), while the economically active group showed a 5.53 point increase(p<.001). Economic activity moderates the impact of subjective health status on quality of life. Differentiated intervention strategies considering economic activity status are needed to improve quality of life in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease patients. For non-economically active patients, subjective health perception has greater impact on quality of life, thus health management programs focusing on improving subjective health perception should be prioritized for this population.
