The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of participation motivation in online university student employment training on employment efficacy. In particular, as online-based education spreads due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, we would like to focus on how this educational method affects college students' job preparation and sense of efficacy. To this end, we conducted a survey targeting college students and graduates who participated in online college student employment training. Data were analyzed through multiple regression analysis using SPSS and AMOS. In addition, by setting college students' class participation and educational satisfaction as parameters, we examined the relationship between participation motivation and employment efficacy in online college student employment training. Ultimately, this study seeks to suggest directions for increasing the effectiveness of online college employment education and is expected to make an important contribution to redefining the role of college employment education and resolving youth unemployment issues.
