도덕성 측정 방법을 활용한 대학생 상담 적용 사례: 경상국립대학교 ‘꿈미래 개척’ 상담과목을 중심으로

초록

This study analyzes the applicability and effectiveness of counseling for university students using a moral competence measurement tool, with the counseling-oriented course “Dream and Future Exploration” at Gyeongsang National University as a case example. To this end, the Korean Moral Competence Test (KMCT), developed to supplement the limitations of the traditional Moral Competence Test (MCT), was employed to quantitatively diagnose students’ moral competence, which then informed the counseling process. The counseling model was systematically designed to include identifying individual characteristics, fostering self-reflection through four-character idioms, and protecting privacy in online settings. The findings indicate that integrating moral assessment with counseling effectively promotes students’ moral development and suggests a practical foundation for future tailored ethics education.
