환경불확실성과 조직구조 간의 상호작용이 물류성과에 미치는 영향: 물류정보기술의 조절효과를 중심으로

초록

This paper investigates the moderating effects of logistics information technology on the relationship of environmental uncertainty-organizational structure interaction and logistics performance, and suggest logistics strategies that would help to achieve goals. Based on empirical research results, the findings of this paper can be summarized as follows: First, firms with higher levels of harmony between environmental uncertainty and organizational structure fit featured significantly better logistics performance than firms with lower levels of fit. Second, logistical performance can be maximized based on the logistics information technology and the harmonization between environmental uncertainty and organizational structure. The results will assist firms align and focus on improving competitive strategies for logistics systems.
