초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of co-teacher, parent-teacher cooperative rela tionship and empathy ability perceived by nursery teachers on happiness, and to empirically verify the mediating effect of empathy ability in the effects of co-teacher and parent-teacher cooperative relationship on happiness. Methods For this purpose, a survey was conducted by selecting 220 teachers working at daycare centers in C city, Gyeongsangnam-do as independent variables, empathy ability as mediator variables, and happiness as depend ent variables. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS program to verify reliability, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results The co-teacher cooperation, parent-teacher cooperation, and empathy ability perceived by the nursery school teachers had a significant effect on happiness, and the empathy ability had a significant effect as a partial mediating variable in the effect of co-teacher and parent-teacher cooperation on happiness. Conclusions To improve the quality of childcare, the happiness of teachers should be improved. To improve the happiness of teachers, it is necessary to actively review ways to strengthen the cooperative relationship between fellow teachers and parents and teachers and to improve the empathy of teachers.
