To address the limitations of traditional pipe hanger support design methods that primarily rely on manual sketches and 3D CAD systems for interference checks, this study proposed a more efficient and standardized design framework. An add-in application was developed to enable the real-time visualization of design structures within a 3D CAD environment, facilitating more dynamic and precise design processes. Additionally, a separate design program based on standardized design principles was introduced, allowing pipe hanger support to be designed under conditions that replicated actual field environments. This approach minimized potential errors in the early design stages and significantly enhanced the efficiency of subsequent processes.
