잠재집단분석을 활용한 학교 밖 청소년 진로 유형화

초록

This study aimed to identify career typologies among out-of-school adolescents and propose directions for career counseling interventions tailored to each type. A latent profile analysis was conducted with 229 out-of-school youth, focusing on parental career involvement and levels of emotional and personality-related career problems. The analysis yielded four distinct profiles: Support–Stable, Neglect–Complacent, Overinvolved–Confused, and Controlling–Anxious. Significant differences were observed across latent groups in career preparation behaviors, outcome expectations, and career decisiveness. Support–Stable showed low emotional difficulties and high parental support, scoring highest across variables. Neglect–Complacent showed low anxiety but the lowest preparation and expectations. Overinvolved–Confused displayed emotional confusion due to excessive support and interference. Controlling–Anxious showed high interference, low support, and the highest emotional difficulties, along with the lowest decisiveness. Implications for counseling tailored to each profile are discussed.
