유아교사의 그릿과 조직 창의성이 교사-유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향

초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of early childhood teachers' grit and organizational creativity on teacher-child interactions. The subjects were early childhood teachers working in Gyeongsangnam-do who were responsible for children aged 3-5 years. From July 17 to July 21, 2025, the early childhood teachers' grit, organizational creativity, and teacher-child interactions were measured. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and hierarchical regression analysis with SPSS 27.0 software. The results revealed: First, statistically significant differences existed in early childhood teachers' grit, organizational creativity, and teacher-child interaction based on general characteristics. Second, all sub-factors of early childhood teachers' grit, organizational creativity, and teacher-child interaction showed significant positive correlations. Third, early childhood teachers' grit and organizational creativity were found to significantly influence teacher-child interaction. This indicates that early childhood teachers' grit and organizational creativity are important variables positively affecting teacher-child interaction. These results suggest the need for professional development programs to strengthen teachers' affective competencies (grit) and institutional-level support systems to enhance organizational creativity in order to promote teacher-child interaction.
