Development of Standard Work Type in Construction Field to Utilize Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

초록

Today, unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) are becoming widely used, and 3D models can be obtained through photographed point cloud data. Therefore, in the field of construction, researches are being actively carried out at each stage of planning, designing, construction and maintenance by obtaining an orthophoto image and a three-dimensional surface model for construction site through UAV surveying. The purpose of this study is to develop a UAV standard work type of construction field in order to increase the utilization and the efficiency of the construction field of UAV which is actively used in construction field. In this study, ‘12 UAV Standard Work Type in Construction Field' were developed through the determination of UAV standard work type and the analysis of the status of work, interviews with demand department, and questionnaires and confirmed with UAV photography for Korea Land and Housing Corporation which covers all fields of construction industry.
