안전 분야 공무원의 안전행동에 대한 영향 연구: 안전문화와 직무스트레스, 직무만족 중심으로

초록

This study investigated the influence of safety culture, job stress, and job satisfaction on safety behavior among safety-related public officials, using a structural equation modeling (SEM) framework. A questionnaire survey was administered to 134 employees of the Korea Post (logistics division). Data processing and preliminary analyses (exploratory factor analysis, reliability, and validity tests) were performed with SPSS 26.0, and SEM analyses were conducted using AMOS 26.0. The SEM results showed the following relationships: (1) safety culture positively affected job satisfaction; (2) job stress negatively affected job satisfaction; (3) safety culture positively affected safety behavior; (4) job stress negatively affected safety behavior; and (5) Job satisfaction was found to mediate the relationship between safety culture and safety behaviorr. Conclusion and Implications: The findings indicate that strengthening organizational safety culture while simultaneously enhancing job satisfaction and reducing job stress can contribute to systematic improvement of safety behavior among Korea Post logistics personnel—an occupational group exhibiting higher accident rates compared with firefighters. For practice, integrated interventions that combine safety-culture development, stress-management programs, and measures to increase job satisfaction are recommended to promote safer work behaviors in postal logistics operations.
