빅데이터 텍스트 마이닝을 활용한국제물품매매계약에 관한 유엔협약(CISG) 연구동향 분석

초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the research trends and topics of CISG andsuggest the criteria for which areas of research should be focused. 659 papers publishedfrom 1990 to July 2024 in domestic academic papers related to the United NationsConvention on International Contracts for Sale of Goods through the ResearchInformation Sharing Service(RISS) were selected and conducted TF, TF-IDF, N-gram,CONCOR analysis using the TextTom program. Some of the results are summarizedas follows: First, the number of papers published by year was found to be steadilyincreasing. Second, the results of TF and TF-IDF analysis were almost similar and‘avoided’, ‘breach’, ‘obligations’ and ‘damage’ were found to be at the top of bothTF and TF-IDF. Third, as a result of N-gram analysis, the connection strength wasderived in the order of ‘fundamental/breach of contract’, ‘damage/recover’, ‘breachof contract/breach’. Fourth, as a result of CONCOR analysis, it was classified intoa total of 4 clusters and the characteristics of words included in each cluster wereidentified and named as ‘breach of contract and remedies’, ‘passing of risk’, ‘casestudy’, ‘concluding a contract’.
