D. H. 로렌스의 『아들과 연인』에서 성과 종교, 그리고 오이디푸스 콤플렉스의 영향
The Sex, Religion, and Oedipus Complex in Sons and Lovers by D. H. Lawrence.

초록

Lawrence considers the sexual experience as basic to initial health and happiness of human life. Moreover, he thinks his sexual experience is a part of his religion. His attitude toward sex has such an unique pattern. Through his writings, he argues, sexual experience has a religious depth and significance. Moreover, having a reverence for sex tried to bring man’s liberation and salvation from the destruction and distortion of individual civilization. It is definitely known that both Frieda and Lawrence discussed psychoanalytic ideas numerous times. Many critics have analyzed this from Freudianism and the mother fixation. In his Sons and Lovers, Lawrence represents the idea that holding two sons too close, she robbed them of the necessary ‘wildness’ and ‘masculine force’, as well as their hopeful attitude.
