In this study, a static structural analysis was conducted on a high-precision grinding machine designed for small, high-precision parts. A three-dimensional design was created using the CATIA program for a grinding machine equipped with the 2-roll and 1-shoe (2RS) type spindle system. The static structural analysis focused on examining the deformation and stress distribution of the bed, Z-slider, and X-slider. The analysis confirmed that both the deformation and stress values remained below the yield strength, thereby ensuring structural stability. Additionally, the safety factor was calculated to verify that the machine was designed conservatively. This study is expected to contribute to improvements in the performance and durability of high-precision grinding machines
