초록

This study proposes a micro-geometry optimization method for a 445 Nm-class planetary gear system to reduce both contact stress and PPTE, a key indicator of noise and vibration. Using Romax parametric analysis, lead and profile modification amounts were selected as design variables, and 4,096 cases were evaluated. The results showed that misalignment caused stress concentration near the tooth tip, which was alleviated by appropriate micro-geometry modifications. After optimization, the average contact stress decreased by about28%, and PPTE decreased by about 17%, demonstrating improved durability and vibration performance.
