초기 독일연방공화국의 기독교민주당과 사회정책 개혁: 사회적 시장경제이념과 보충성원칙을 중심으로
초록
The purpose of this study is to verify the validity of the argument that the Christian conservative party is more active in social policy than the secular conservative party through the analysis of the social policy of the German Christian Democratic Party. In the process of social policy reform in the early Federal Republic of Germany, the Christian Democratic Party played a major role as the ruling party. The social market economy and subsidiarity principle, the ideologies of the Christian Democratic Party used as the analysis criteria for this study, influenced the social policy reform of the early Federal Republic of Germany. Among the social policy fields of Germany in the 1950s, there were important reforms in the fields of housing policy, retirement income security policy, family policy, and public assistance policy. In this study, social policy reform at that time was analyzed through literature research methods. The social market economy ideology had a strong influence on the housing policy field, but not the retirement income security policy. The subsidiarity principle had a strong influence on the family policy, but rather weakened in the public assistance policy. Although the ideology pursued by the Christian Democratic Party influenced the party's social policy, the influence did not consistently appear in each field of the social security system.
