Development of the Standard Work Labor Estimate on UAV Photogrammetry Using Drone

초록

Today, drones are considered the most efficient means of building digital twin for topography, while unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) photogrammetry are evaluated as very economical means of surveying that can contribute to 3D topographic model making, BIM design and construction automation technologies during the fourth industrial revolution era. However, the standard work labor estimate for UAV photogrammetry has not been established so far, leading to confusion among public institutions and a feared contraction in the spacial information market due to low-cost contract. Therefore, this study aims to develop a reasonable standard work labor estimate of UAV photogrammetry for the purpose of revitalizing the spacial information market utilizing drones. In order to develop the standard work labor estimate, UAV photogrammetry were performed on five types of topography, GSD 3cm and GSD 5cm, using three kinds of drones, and the manpower required was investigated and analyzed. According to the research, it was possible to develop the standard work labor estimate for ortho-photo production, feature extraction by both stereo-plotting and vectorization, digital topographic map(Ver2.0) production. And to collect opinions from experts, it was concluded that it was a reasonable product that corresponds to the national policy of activating drone use.
