초록
This study empirically examines the effects of off-dutyexperiential activities on organizational loyalty among professional soldiers. Participationmotivations were categorized into external (pull) factors and internal (push) factors, and their respective impacts on organizational loyalty were analyzed. The study sample consistedof active-dutyprofessional soldiers at the rankof sergeant or above,with156validsurveyresponsesused for analysis. The results indicate that, among external factors, engagement with nature hadapositive effect onorganizational loyalty,whileunit-provided facilities and general activity features showed no statistically significant impact. Among internal factors, intellectual stimulationanda sense of belonginghadsignificant positive effects on organizational loyalty, whereas self-actualization exhibited a negative relationship. These findings suggest that off-duty experiential activities can contribute to strengtheningorganizational loyaltyby fosteringpositiveattitudesbeyondsimple leisure. In particular, motivations related to emotional stability, social connectedness, and intellectual engagement appear to be key drivers of increased loyalty. Accordingly, military organizations should systematically promote and institutionally support off-duty experiential activities as part of personnelmanagement andmoraleenhancement strategies.
