대학생의 평가염려 완벽주의와 우울 간의 관계: 내면화된 수치심과 속박감의 매개효과

초록

This study examined whether internalized shame and entrapment mediate the association between evaluative concerns perfectionism (ECP) and depressive symptoms. Data from 239 Korean undergraduates who completed an online survey (FMPS and HMPS evaluative concerns subscales, ISS, K-ES, and the Integrated Korean CES-D) were analyzed with SPSS 27.0 and PROCESS Macro. All variables were significantly and positively intercorrelated. In separate simple mediation models, the indirect effects through internalized shame and through entrapment were each significant. In the sequential model, the indirect effect through shame and then entrapment was also significant, whereas the path through entrapment alone was no longer significant once shame was included, suggesting that the ECP-entrapment association may be largely shared with internalized shame. Because all variables were self-reported on a single occasion, the findings indicate patterns of association rather than causal sequences. Implications for intervention, limitations, and directions for future research are discussed.
