경남형 늘봄센터를 이용하는 초등학생의 만족도와 운영 효과

초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction and operational effectiveness of elementary school students using three Neulbom centers currently in operation, and to develop measures to enhance and improve the operation of these centers. The subjects of this study were 249 students who used Neulbom centers at three elementary schools operating a centralized Neulbom program under the Gyeongnam Office of Education. This study was based on a survey of elementary school students using the Neulbom centers. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS program. Elementary school students using the Gyeongnam Neulbom centers showed significant satisfaction with the space and environment, mealtime snacks, caregivers, and programs. Satisfaction levels across grades were lower in third and fourth grades than in first and second grades. The elementary school students in the study perceived the Neulbom centers as having helped them expand their peer relationships and foster cooperation. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, Neulbom center programs should be selected and operated in a way that reflects the satisfaction and needs of elementary school students using the centers. Second, diverse programs that can enhance peer relationships are needed.
