Feline exocrine pancreatic adenocarcinoma is a rare and malignant tumor characterized by rapid metastasis and poor prognosis. This study presents a comprehensive clinical and pathological analysis of an 11-year-old castrated male Korean Shorthair cat diagnosed with both pancreatic adenocarcinoma and splenic mast cell tumor. Clinical signs included weight loss, vomiting, and abdominal masses detected by imaging. Surgical treatment involved partial pancreatectomy and splenectomy, followed by postoperative care including antibiotics and palliative therapy. Histopathological examination confirmed invasive pancreatic carcinoma with acinar and ductal patterns, and concurrent splenic mast cell tumor verified by toluidine blue staining. Despite the aggressive nature of feline pancreatic adenocarcinoma, targeted therapies such as toceranib phosphate may improve clinical outcomes. This case underscores the importance of early diagnosis, combined surgical and medical management, and provides valuable insights into the clinical course and treatment response in feline pancreatic cancer.
