내용분석과 사회네트워크분석을 이용한 협상연구 학술지의 연구 특성 분석: 창간호부터 현재까지(1995년∼2024년)

초록

This study investigates thematic trends in negotiation research by analyzing 178 articles published over the past 30 years. Using bibliometric and metadata elements—including titles, keywords, and authors— content analysis and social network analysis were conducted to examine the intellectual structure of the field. The findings show that core topics such as negotiation, conflict, and mediation have remained central, while frequently occurring terms like alternative dispute resolution(ADR), negotiation strategies, case studies, and free trade agreements(FTA) indicate thematic diversification. Authorship patterns reveal a dominance of single-author publications, though co-authorship has gradually increased. Nevertheless, limited collaboration among researchers suggests a need to strengthen scholarly networks. A longitudinal keyword analysis demonstrates a shift from early focuses on inter-Korean and trade issues to broader themes, including legal, social, and procedural aspects. The notable presence of case-based studies suggests methodological and academical diversity that may serve as a source of competitive advantage for this journal in future research.
