초록

The surveying industry, like the construction industry, requires safety management, which necessitates calculating and applying safety management costs. This study conducted safety management field investigations at 10 surveying sites and established a surveying safety management cost calculation model based on the results. Risk assessments at surveying sites were assessed using the frequency intensity square method, and the risk scores were as follows: leveling 4.40, UCP surveying 3.50, gravity surveying 4.18, ground control point surveying 4.33, geographic investigation 3.20, drone surveying 2.20, MMS surveying 1.86, public leveling 3.08, Incheon Geomdan District road facilities and underground facility surveying 5.63, and Hadong County road facilities and underground facility surveying 6.59. In addition, the results of calculating safety management costs showed that the ratio of surveying safety management costs to {labor cost (direct labor cost) + material cost} ranged from a minimum of 0.24% to a maximum of 5.41%. Therefore, the model for calculating surveying safety management costs in Korea was established by multiplying the surveying estimate weighted {labor cost (direct labor cost) + material cost} by the safety rate, and the safety rate was standardized to range from 0.5% to 5.0% depending on the survey type and risk assessment results.
