| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 인터넷 및 스마트폰 중독 집단상담 프로그램의 효과를 메타분석을 통해 살펴보고 이를 통해 향후 인터넷 및 스마트폰 중독 상담을 위한 집단상담 프로그램 개발과 운영에 발전적 제안을 하고자 시도되었다. 이를 위해, 2000년 이후 국내에서 발표된 인터넷 중독 논문 80편, 스마트폰 중독 논문 23편을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 전체효과 크기에서 인터넷 중독 집단상담 프로그램은 -.603, 스마트폰 중독 집단상담 프로그램은 -.769로 나타났다. 상담이론별로는 인터넷 중독은 해결중심상담이 가장 높게, 게슈탈트 상담이 가장 낮게 나타났으며, 스마트폰 중독에서는 현실치료가 가장 높게, 인지행동치료가 가장 낮게 분석되었다. 대상에 따른 분석에서 인터넷 중독은 성인이 가장 높았고, 아동이 가장 낮았으며, 스마트폰 중독은 중․고등학생이 가장 높게, 성인이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 인터넷 및 스마트폰 중독에 대한 개입방안과 상담에 대한 함의 등이 논의되었다. | - |
