| dc.description.abstract | 연명의료 결정 주체 선호에 영향을 미치는 요인:중장년층과 노년층의 비교 임 정 미 연구 목적: 본 연구는 중장년층과 노년층이 선호하는 연명의료 결정 주체를 파악하고, 선호하는 연명의료 결정 주체에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 분석하고자 한다. 연구 방법: 한국보건사회연구원에서 조사한 ‘웰다잉에 대한 인식’ 설문 결과 중 1,484명의 자료를 분석에 활용하였고, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 가장 선호하는 연명의료 결정 주체는 본인이 344명(74.6%)으로 나타났다. 연명의료 결정주체 선호에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 중장년층, 고령층 모두에서 성별과 학력, 연명치료에 대한 생각이 유의하게 나타났다. 중장년층에서는 호스피스·완화의료에 대한 인지여부가, 노년층에서는 자녀수가 의사 결정 주체로서 본인 선택에 유의한 관련이 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 이러한 결과를 토대로 연명의료결정법이 본래의 취지에 맞게 작동하기 위해 연명의료에 있어 자기결정을 높일 수 있는 대안들을 제시하였다. 핵심어: 연명의료, 결정 주체, 의사결정, 선호, 영향요인 | - |
