MBTI 성격유형과 청년 농업 창업자의 영농만족도 차이에 관한 연구

Abstract

We examine links between MBTI dimensions and farming satisfaction—relationship, economic, overall life, and settlement intention—using survey data from 106 young farmers (Nov–Dec 2024). Exploratory factor analysis and reliability tests support measurement validity (KMO = .808; Cronbach’s α = .867). Independent-samples t-tests show Extraversion (vs. Introversion) is associated with higher relationship satisfaction (p < .01) and economic satisfaction (p < .05), with no differences for life satisfaction or settlement intention. For Sensing–Intuition, only Intuitives report higher relationship satisfaction (p < .05); Thinking–Feeling and Judging–Perceiving show no significant effects. Results indicate personality relates selectively to satisfaction facets. Policy implications include leveraging extraverts’ networking strengths and offering tailored supports for introverts.
