Abstract
본 논문에서는전력증폭기특성변화가DPD 기반전력증폭기선형화성능에미치는영향을분석한다. DPD는심층신경망모델에1차원합성곱층을도입하여블록처리가가능하고메모리공간사용이효율적인구조를사용하였다. 시간경과에따른전력증폭기동작환경의변화또는계측오차에의한입력신호레벨의변화등으로전력증폭기특성변화가발생할수있다. 이러한특성변화의영향을분석하기위하여한달구간에걸쳐측정한전력증폭기출력데이터와입력신호레벨에변화를주어측정한출력데이터를심층신경망모델학습에이용하였다. 전력증폭기선형화성능지표로는EVM과 ACPR을 사용하였으며 다양한 조건에서 시간 경과 및입력신호레벨의변화에따른성능저하를분석하였다.
