dc.description.abstractIn this paper, we consider gradient almost Ricci solitons with nonparallel closed conformal vector fields. We classify gradient almost Ricci solitons and show that a complete, noncompact gradient almost Ricci soliton admitting a nonparallel closed conformal vector field, is locally a warped product with Einstein fibers, while in the second case, under additional hypothesis, gradient almost Ricci soliton is totally umbilical if and only if it has constant scalar curvature.-
