| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 대학생이 인식하는 그릿과 대학생활적응 간의 관계에서 진로적응력의 매개효과를 실증적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산·경남에 소재하는 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 2025년 3월부터 2025년 5월까지 약 2개월 동안 설문조사를 실시하고, 결측이 없는 281명의 자료에 대해 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 통계적 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생이 인식하는 그릿은 대학생활적응에 직접적인 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생이 인식하는 그릿은 진로적응력에도 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로적응력은 대학생활적응에 직접적이고 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학생이 지각하는 그릿과 대학생활적응 간의 관계에서 진로적응력이 부분매개 역할을 한다는 점을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 그릿과 진로적응력이 대학생활적응을 강화하는 데 있어 상호보완적으로 기능한다는 점을 시사한다. 따라서 대학생의 대학생활적응을 증진하기 위해서는 단순히 꾸준한 노력과 열정을 강조하는 차원을 넘어, 진로에 대한 자기 이해와 환경적 변화에 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 역량을 함께 고려하는 통합적 지원 전략의 필요성을 강조하였다. | - |
