| dc.description.abstract | 일제의 한반도 철도 건설은 전쟁 수행이 주요 목적이었다. 해방 이후에도 마찬가지로, 북한정권과 외부세계의 연결에 있어서, 철도는 생명선 역할을 하였다. 첫째, 소련군의 참전과 해방과정에서 북부지역에서 철도와 산업설비가대규모로 파괴되었다. 해방 이후 철도가 마비되어 사회혼란이 가중되었고, 북부에서 철도가 복구되는 지역을 중심으로 산업재건이 시작되었다. 둘째, 국공내전 시기 북한은 철도망을 이용하여 중국공산당 군대에 원조를 제공하고 동북 해방을 도왔다. 셋째, 한국전쟁 시기 북한철도망은 미군의 주요 전략폭격대상이 되었고, 김일성은 철도에 대한 군사관제를 실시했다. 북중 양군은 공동지휘체제를 구성했지만, 이를 둘러싸고 대립하였다. 넷째, 전후 북한의 철도 복구는 일제 철도의 H 구조와 전시 산업구상과 유사하게 복구되었다. 철도복구를 위하여 중국군 철도병단만이 아니라소련, 동유럽도 원조를 제공하였다. | - |
