| dc.description.abstract | 최근 한국의 의료관광산업이 지속적인 성장세를 보이면서 의료관광분야에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 의료관광 분야의 대다수의 연구는 수도권을 중심으로 이루어지고 있으며, 의료서비스 선택속성과 목적지 선택속성 등 다차원적인 접근을 통한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 부산광역시를 방문한 외국인 의료관광객을 대상으로, 의료관광에서의 의료서비스 선택속성과 목적지 선택속성이 의료관광객의 재방문의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 위하여 부산광역시 의료관광객을 대상으로 2025년 2월 3일부터 21일까지 약 3주간 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 255부를 회수하여 불성실한 응답지를 제외한 233부가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 의료관광 서비스 선택요인 중 의료진의 전문성이 재방문의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 시설 및 환경, 대고객 서비스도 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 반면, 진료 프로세스는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 의료관광 목적지 선택요인 중에서는 의료비용 및 정책지원이 가장 큰 영향을 주었고, 대외이미지, 인프라 및 인지도 순으로 유의한 영향을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 의료관광객의 재방문을 유도하기 위한 의료관광 경쟁력 요인을 도출하고 향후 지방자치단체 및 의료기관의 마케팅 전략수립과 정책적 지원방향을 제시하고자 하였다. | - |
